Boca Raton Museum of Art is seeking a Development Assistant to provide administrative support to the Development Department. Key responsibilities include: assist in research and preparation of grants, including grant reporting; assist with corporate sponsorship campaign; assist with coordination of annual fund/direct mail appeals; coordinate Open Houses; research and record information on potential/existing donors; analyze database to determine high-wealth/high-potential donors for major gifts, planned giving, endowment, foundation requests and corporate support; serve as Recording Secretary and staff liaison for Boca Museum Foundation, Inc.; prepare updates for Development pages on website and update & prepare Development pages for Museum’s quarterly newsletter. The position will report directly to the Director of Development. Position to begin as soon as possible.

The Darrell Gwynn Foundation was formed in 2002 by a former champion drag-car racer who was paralyzed in a racing accident. It is devoted to enhance awareness, prevention, support and underwrite research to find a cure for paralysis.
